Finding the perfect fit

It has to feel just right. You need a hotel concept that fits you, your family and your team. One that you never want to let go of. A red thread that your favorite guests can clearly see. We want to show you that path, our red thread, because we might not know each other yet, but it’s high time to change that.

May I introduce myself

You want to know more about me? That’s me – Teresa De Martino. A carefree childhood in Europe. Summers by the sea in Italy, winters in the mountains Austria. Italian roots that keep a constant fire within me. A classic hospitality child, always hands-on, never idle. The natural path: training as a hotel manager, followed by a bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Human Resources.

I excelled in the premium automotive sector, taking on roles in marketing, sales, events and brand management. While working, I pursued my Master’s in Business Economics. An internship in Silicon Valley. Then a new challenge with a marketing agency in Munich, Germany, specializing in hotels. Six years of amazing projects and personalities. And then the dream. The dream of DreamAways. Here we are…

My CV would likely be described as seamless. This reflects what you can expect from me and from us as a marketing agency: seamless concepts, clear structures, strategic thinking. But never just in black and white. Because life, and marketing, need color. Creative ideas that go off the beaten track. The courage to design, to dream. To take these dreams and turn them into realistically actionable plans—that’s what defines me personally and us as a marketing agency.

The fine print about Teresa

What makes stories truly compelling? Exactly, the details. The little tidbits. Here’s a self-experiment: What do I love? Enriching encounters, new experiences, vitality, dolce vita, teamwork. What do I dislike? Stagnation. Or even worse, going backwards. What sparks my creativity? Swimming, hiking, a good cappuccino (always before 11 am and never at my desk – otherwise, the Italian in me sounds the alarm). What makes a good day even better? Coffee means a break. The latest Falstaff magazine, a brilliant idea, Celentano in my ears, riding a Vespa. I’d say you know me a bit now. At least a little.

May I get to know you now?

Teamwork ...

…makes the dream work. You’ve probably heard this before – and it couldn’t be more true. I never tackle special projects alone; I always work as part of a team. Want to know more? Check out our latest social media updates!
